Seriously? That's what you want to know?

It's been awhile since I've posted about work.
This was my favorite e-mail yesterday:

"Jen: is this swine flu affecting dating etc.?"

Keep in mind, folks - I work on a dating website... you know... as in on the Internet... and this is a question posed to the website administrator... apparently master of all things relationships.

P.S. I did confirm that the swine flu is not an Internet virus! (wink, wink)

Most days - I don't really care how the boys do their hair. After all, it's just hair and they do a pretty good job with spikies anyway.

DON'T THROW THAT AWAY!

People. Seriously. Recycle. It's not that hard. Please. For the love...

Since Isaac has grown out of his infant car seat, at 5 months old, and the thing is nearly 6 years old (expired due to plastic deterioration from extreme car temperatures, in case you wondered) it's time for it to go. The thought of throwing that massive hunk of plastic and foam in the garbage dumpster has haunted me. Someone told me that car seats can't be recycled.. what a shame but what are you going to do? I'll tell you. I'm going to google it.

"Recycle car seat Utah" - BAM.

Well, well, well... It appears that Park City held their first car seat recycling event last year. And they have a website where they just posted that beginning this month they are starting to collect them at their recycling center. I called to verify. It's true. You can drop infant/children's car seats and boosters off at their center.

5 minutes, people.

I'll just throw that baby (baby car seat, that is) in my trunk and drop it off on my next jaunt there. Who knows - maybe there is even a center closer that will accept them but I'll let you know... when I get another 5 minutes.
